Payvision has scheduled a maintenance event to perform essential database maintenance tasks. This event will only affect Cheddar merchants using Payvision as their gateway provider.
During the maintenance window, merchants with a Payvision gateway may experience delayed transaction response times and some transactions may result in errors. Cheddar will automatically re-try any recurring transactions that result in errors. If you have customers who are unable to sign-up or change their subscription because of a transaction error have them re-try the transaction a few minutes later.
