Update
Rescheduled - Maintenance to disable TLSv1.0 and v1.1 has been rescheduled for Monday, July 2nd at 9:00 am EDT (13:00 UTC) to accommodate customers who are still working on updating their applications to use TLSv1.2 or higher.

Cheddar will be monitoring for connections using older TLS versions for the next few days, but if you haven't done so already, please confirm that your application is using TLSv1.2 or higher as soon as possible. If your application is using TLSv1.0 or v1.1, you may not be to connect to Cheddar after maintenance is complete.

Contact our support team at support.getcheddar.com with any questions.

Scheduled
During this event, we'll disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 for the Cheddar application. After maintenance is complete, Cheddar will only accept inbound requests using TLS 1.2 or higher.

All production services are expected to be available as usual during the maintenance event.

If you haven’t done so already, please take a few minutes to verify with your dev team or hosting provider that your application is using TLS 1.2. If your application is using TLS 1.0 or 1.1, you may not be to connect to Cheddar after maintenance is complete.

A simple way to test if your application is able to connect to Cheddar over TLS 1.2 is to point your integration toward https://www.getcheddar.com endpoints (your application may be pointing toward our old domain, cheddargetter.com). The new domain has been configured to only accept requests coming in over TLS 1.2.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team at support.getcheddar.com.
